Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your KlyxSage account and all associated data at any time. We respect your right to control your personal information.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the KlyxSage app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your name (or your child's name if you are a parent)
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, grade, school)
- All learning progress and practice history
- Mock test results and championship records
- XP, badges, streaks, and gamification data
- Subscription and payment records
- Notification history and preferences
⚠️ This action is irreversible
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Data Retention
After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total question attempts across all users) that cannot be linked back to you. This is used solely to improve our platform. No personally identifiable information is retained.
